Book Online at Wise Mind Centre

Please note that Wise Mind Centre is not a vendor of ICBC and our clinicians do not accept ICBC referrals.

Once you book an appointment using this online booking page, the clinician will receive a notification from our clinic management app, Jane. They will then contact you via email and send you some electronic forms via Jane to complete prior to your first appointment. If you have not received any intake forms a day before your appointment, please email our office.

Please note that Jane requests credit card information when you book an appointment. NO PAYMENT will be charged when you book online and before your session. Please cancel your booking online at least 48 hours ahead to avoid any cancellation fee.

You can view our Clinician Guide to select a clinician. Please note that not all of our clinicians accept online booking. If your preferred clinician is not available for online booking, please send us an email via our contact page to inquire about their availability.
